Brandon has been in and around houses his whole life. From a young age, he developed his passion and knowledge working at his father’s company, Maldonado Tile and Marble, doing remodels and construction of every type inside and outside a house. Brandon has worked on projects of many sizes, from simple bathrooms or kitchens to full house remodels.
In addition to his developed construction knowledge, Brandon had the opportunity to watch and help grow his father’s business to what it is today. It is now recognized in many neighborhoods around Orange and LA County as a leader in quality and customer satisfaction.
Brandon takes pride and loves to share his knowledge with clients. He feels with his many years of experience he can help any client with any of their buying and selling needs. He is also a proud member of TNG Real Estate Consultants and PWR (Pacific West Association of Realtors).
When Brandon is not working he enjoys being active outdoors with his wife Lauren and their dog Bernard. Look for him on the trails, at the beach or on the slopes.
